CLUB DIRECTOR

 The BFC Club Director will handle all club and business duties and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. Collaboratively works with the BFC Technical Director providing the systematic, progressive club-wide approach creating the best possible environment for optimum development of our young soccer players ages U4 through U19. They will be responsible for playing a dynamic and creative leading role in the implementation of BFC Soccer Club strategic plan of becoming a nationally recognized Premier soccer club. Furthermore, business, player development and coaching education will always be closely linked. The direction of the club will be professionally standardized, thoroughly planned, competitively focused, and elite level driven.
