This is an excellent opportunity for all players to experience an energetic, competitive environment. This is the 13th year for our Spring Classic and each year the number of teams and competition continues to increase.

General Information
**ANNOUNCEMENT**
1) Game Day field Check-In Procedure: All players and Manager/Coach with player cards must report 15 minutes or more prior to EACH game to the Site Field Marshall Tent. Player cards will remain at the Field Marshall Tent until the end of that game. Managers/Coach must pick cards up after every game. Issues during the match need to be reported to the Field Marshall Tournament Staff. Referees will only do player safety checks back on field.
2) Tournament fees were due prior to Friday Registration unless discussed with Tournament Director, Chris Cesa. Club Director, Drew Crawford, 618.410.3562 /
drewcrawford@bfcsoccer.org needs to be contacted prior to Sunday for payment finalization.
Registration information for the 13th Annual BFC Cup Spring Classic soccer tournament on (May 4th – 6th, 2012).
Tournament Registration - When:
Friday – May 4th, 2012: All Teams must register on Friday between 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST at the Belleville Family Sportsplex (FSP). Teams traveling from a long distance should call us if there is a delay in getting to registration by 9:00pm on Friday (May 4th, 2012). For the teams that are schedule to play Friday, May 4th, will have on-site Check-In option at the O’Fallon Sports Park (OSP). Those teams are aware of their Friday schedule.

The Family Sportsplex – (Inside Sportsplex on the Futsal Courts), 2346 Mascoutah Ave. Belleville, IL 62220
Note: Please make sure you bring all copies of the following registration requirements prior to check-in.
Registration Requirements:
1. Players cards - Must be checked at registration and will be returned to Manager or Coach.
2. Illinois Tournament Roster - We need one copy for our records. ( “New Online” Tournament Roster Form) or "Printable" IL Tournament Roster
3. State Roster - We need one copy for our records. (Your State)
4. Illinois Medical Release - All teams must have Illinois ones, regardless of what state you are from. During check-in, we will need one copy for each player participating in the "BFC Spring Classic” soccer tournament” this weekend (May 4th – May 6th, 2012). Please make sure they are Illinois Medical Release’s. We need one copy of each player for our records. ( Medical Release & Liability Waiver )
Note: Manager or Coach must have their own copies of the "Illinois Medical Releases" in their possession at all times while participation in the "BFC Cup Spring Classic” soccer tournament” this (May 4th – May 6th, 2012).
5. Travel Permit, only for "Out of State Teams". This means any team from a state other than Illinois needs permission to travel from their state association, including Missouri teams. We need one copy for our records. (Travel Permit )
6. Guest player permits - We need one copy for each guest player for our records. ( Guest Player Permit Form )

8. Parking fees are included with your entry fee. There will not be a charge at either locations: Belle Clair Soccer Complex or O’Fallon Sports Park.

General Information:
Teams applying will play in their 2011-2012 age group. All application will need to have payment with them to be considered. This alone does not automatically enter your team. All teams will need to gain official acceptance into the BFC Cup Spring Classic.

*NOTE: ANY TEAM THAT SIGNS UP FOR THE WRONG AGE GROUP WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT UNLESS THERE IS ROOM IN THE APPROPRIATE AGE GROUP. IF THERE IS NO ROOM IN THE PROPER AGE GROUP THE TEAM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THE TOURNAMENT FILLS THEIR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT.
Teams traveling in from out of state will be granted early acceptance starting January 31st, 2011

Mandatory Team Check-In on Friday, May 4th from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Family Sportsplex, Belleville, IL.
If a team is not accepted we will notify you of that and refund your fee. Based on team records/standings and the number of accepted teams, Flights will be determined on Gold (Top) and Silver (Second) bracket seeding.
All teams will be guaranteed 3 games
Coaches that have multiple teams and need help with tournament coverage need to have in writing to the tournament the teams they are coaching by application deadline in order for the tournament to assist with schedules. The BFC Cup Spring Classic will do its very best to accommodate all coaches conflicts, but there are no guarantees.
All teams receive BFC Cup Spring Classic pin. Team Awards will be given to the first and second place team members and coach. Champions will receive team trophy and medals. Finalist will receive medals.

Please note: Once your team has been accepted and paid their entry fee, refunds will not be given. Teams can petition for a refund via email to bfctournaments@bfcsoccer.org . The Tournament Directors will consider if adequate notice was given to find another team and determine if any administrative expenses have been incurred. The BFC Cup Spring Classic reserves the right to apply an administrative fee should a refund be granted – $50.
