The BFC Technical Director will provide systematic, progressive club-wide approach that will create the best possible environment for optimum development of our young soccer players ages U4 through U19.  They will be responsible for playing a dynamic and creative leading role in the implementation of BFC Soccer Club strategic plan of becoming a nationally recognized Premier soccer club.  Furthermore, player development and coaching education will always be closely linked.  Technical direction of the club will be professionally standardized, thoroughly planned, competitively focused, and elite level driven.
